Warranty and Return Policy
All of our inflatable boards are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase. Our paddles and acessories are warranted against manufacturing defects for 3 months.
If gear is determined to be defective within the warranty time, please contact us through our contact channels exposed bellow. We will need a detailed description of the problem and photos.
After analysing your request, our team will determine if the gear will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our option without any additional cost for you.
This warranty is limited, if you abuse or misuse your gear, you can lose this warranty. So, take a look bellow on the instruction for keeping your Supflex in good conditions.

Easy Return Policy
Returns on Damaged Goods upon delivery
While it rarely happens, if you receive merchandise that is defective or wrong item, please report it to us within 24 hours through our contact channels exposed bellow, we will give you directions for a non cost return and after we will imediatelly send you a new one. If contacting via email, it is helpful to send a photo of the problem along with your name, phone number and shipping information.

We're confident that you'll be overwhelmed by the world-class quality of our stand up paddle boards and gears, that's why we give a 14-days money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us beforehand, within 14 days after you receive the product, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
We will refund the full purchase price of the order minus total shipping charges, also, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
